Starters will include smoked salmon 'cannelloni' with crème fraiche and Sevruga caviar and a delicious cream of celeriac soup with wild mushroom. Main courses draw on Zimmer’s modern and acclaimed European style with a trio of choices including a traditional roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, roast fillet of salmon with horseradish crust and spring vegetables or leek and black truffle tart with soft free range egg.

Dessert offers a choice of chocolate delice and blackberry sorbet, modern Manchester tart with banana and coconut and apple crumble with clotted cream – all finished with a freshly brewed coffee or tea with petit fours.
